Muffins avoine et muesli croustillant pomme cannelle

Ingrédients

  • 50g de flocons d’avoine Celnat
  • 1 pomme
  • 100g de farine de riz Priméal
  • 1 demi sachet de levure La Patelière
  • 80g de sucre blond Priméal
  • 2 oeufs
  • 10cl d’huile Bio Planète
  • Muesli Croustillant Pomme Cannelle à convenance

Préparation

  1. Pelez et râpez la pomme
  2. Mélangez les flocons avec la farine, la levure et le sucre
  3. Ajoutez les oeufs et l’huile
  4. Incorporez la pomme râpée et le Muesli Croustillant Pomme Cannelle
  5. Mettez au four une quinzaine de minutes à 180°
