Smoothie brûle-graisses pamplemousse, orange et fraises

Ingrédients

• 2 oranges
• 2 pamplemousses
• 100g de fraises
• 2 yaourts nature 0%
• 12cl d’eau

Préparation

• Pelez à vif les oranges et les pamplemousses
• Lavez et équeutez les fraises
• Mixez les fruits avec les yaourts et l’eau, versez petit à petit, dans un blender, jusqu’à obtenir la consistance de smoothie souhaitée
• Servez sans attendre dans deux grands verres
• Dégustez.
